Half Decent Gear sells GAA-related accessories and athleisure products (including but not limited to gloves, grip socks, shorts and jerseys) via this website to consumers in Ireland, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and the United States.

3. Terms of Sale

• Prices are displayed in the local currency of the site visitor's location and include VAT/applicable sales tax where relevant.
• A contract of sale is formed once you receive an order confirmation email from us.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability.

4. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day guarantee on all orders. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, free of charge.

• Returns are free — we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return postage costs; no return shipping cost to you.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item(s).
  

This guarantee is in addition to, and does not replace, the statutory right of withdrawal available to EU and Irish consumers under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013, which entitles you to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Since our 30-day guarantee already exceeds this minimum, EU consumers are covered by the more generous policy above.

• Estimated delivery times: 3-5 business days within Ireland, 5-8 business days to the UK & EU.
• Shipping costs: Free delivery available, express and tracked shipping available also. Costs depends on your location.
• Risk in goods passes to the customer on delivery.
